CODE OF CONDUCT - MODEL 231/2001
The Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001 introduced the "Discipline of administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations" into our legal system.
The Decree provides that the companies have an administrative liahility -comparable, in substance, to the criminal liahility- which is to be added to the liability of the individual who has committed a crime foreseen by the Decree.
The company may not he held liable, however, should it have adopted and effectively deployed an Organization, management and control model able to prevent the crimes provided by the Decree and have appointed a Supervisory Body with the task of overseeing the performance of and the compliance with the Model itself.
On December 1, 2009 the Board of Directors of CSTRents resolved to adopt the Organization, management and control model which includes the Ethical Code.
